4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the bus operator and the specific booking. Please review the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.

4.2 Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the bus operator's policies. We are not responsible for any disputes regarding refunds.

4.3 Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation, provided the cancellation meets the criteria outlined in the bus operator’s policies. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or financial institutions.

4.4 Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable based on the bus operator’s policies. Please review the cancellation and refund terms carefully at the time of booking.

4.5 Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, our decision shall be final. We advise you to contact our customer service team for any clarification or assistance.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
• Use the App to impersonate any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property
